Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) data from a dog diagnosed with unroofed coronary sinus (UCS)

This dataset contains raw and processed whole exome sequencing (WES) data from a Pomeranian dog diagnosed with a rare congenital heart defect, unroofed coronary sinus (UCS). The data were analyzed to identify potential missense SNVs that may contribute to the pathogenesis of UCS. This resource supports the findings presented in the article titled “A rare case of asymptomatic unroofed coronary sinus in a dog: diagnostic imaging and genetic findings,” published in Frontiers in Veterinary Science (2025).
