Entity folding rules and canonical map for connexion.me crmctx (v2)

This documents the rule-based process I used to turn different product mentions into canonical product names across a published dataset of AI-generated CRM recommendations. Applied in order, the nine rules reduce 205 unique surface forms to 96 canonical products. The full mapping is included so anyone can reproduce the result without relying on a private tool. The source data comes from connexion.me's published crmctx board (captured on 7 August 2026) and is re-used with attribution under the board's stated terms. The package includes the rules themselves, the complete surface-form mapping, and a mirrored copy of the original mentions file. The scope is deliberately narrow.
