Dataset and R Analysis Code for: Integrating Sensory Evaluation and Consumer Valuation to Assess Quality Differentiation of Tilapia Produced Under Contrasting Aquaculture Systems

This repository contains the anonymised dataset, R analysis scripts, and supporting documentation accompanying the manuscript entitled "Integrating Sensory Evaluation and Consumer Valuation to Assess Quality Differentiation of Tilapia Produced Under Contrasting Aquaculture Systems." The repository includes: Clean anonymised participant dataset R scripts used for all statistical analyses Scripts used to generate all tables and figures reported in the manuscript Supporting documentation (README) The statistical analyses include descriptive statistics, Friedman tests, pairwise Wilcoxon signed-rank tests with Holm adjustment, linear mixed-effects models, mixed-effects logistic regression, cumulative link mixed models, willingness-to-pay estimation, delta-method confidence intervals, model diagnostics, and graphical visualisation. The dataset has been fully anonymised and contains no personally identifiable information.
