实现对土地资源的影像数据、权属、现状、规划等空间数据的信息化管理，包括土地调查数据清理入库、各类土地合同的管理、合同历史存档追溯与统计分析、图斑管理等功能。

This dataset enables informatized management of spatial data related to land resources, including image data, land ownership, current land status, land planning and other relevant spatial data. Its functions cover land survey data cleaning and database import, management of various land contracts, historical archive tracing and statistical analysis of contracts, as well as land parcel management.
