Gold Standard Interactions

Human-created data set used to measure the results of the workflow. This is the list of all interactions described using scientific names. The header row is the list of test species. Each column is a list of interactions mentioned on the EOL species page.本数据集由人工构建，用于评估工作流程的运行效果。其收录了全部以科学名称表述的物种相互作用条目。数据集的表头行即为所有测试物种的列表，每一列则对应EOL（Encyclopedia of Life，生命百科全书）物种页面中提及的物种相互作用列表。
