This dataset contains summary statistics for eQTL (expression quantitative trait loci) analyses of microRNA in 112 human brains from the second trimester of gestation (12 to 20 post-conception weeks). eQTL summary statistics are provided for all tested miRNA, along with the expression matrix and covariate files.
