近几年，中国开放外资投资，廉价的劳力与广大的内需市场，吸引了大量的国外厂商进驻投资包括台商。TEJ为了方便使用者可以在最短的时间之内掌握最多的上市柜公司至中国投资讯息，编制一系列有关中国台商信息的数据库。 TEJ中国台商数据库集合财务报表之大陆投资明细数据，股东会年报所揭露之关系企业组织结构、各关系企业基本资料、各关系企业营运概况及、主要董监事等资料，并辅以TEJ集团公司之定义建置完成。In recent years, China's relaxed foreign investment policies, coupled with its cheap labor force and vast domestic demand market, have attracted a large number of foreign enterprises including Taiwanese businesses to set up operations and make investments in the country. To enable users to grasp the most comprehensive information about investments in China made by listed and over-the-counter (OTC) companies in the shortest possible time, TEJ has compiled a series of databases focusing on information of Taiwanese businesses operating in China. The TEJ Taiwanese Enterprises in China Database integrates detailed mainland China investment data extracted from financial statements, organizational structures of affiliated enterprises disclosed in annual shareholder reports, basic information of each affiliated enterprise, operational profiles of each affiliated enterprise, information of key directors and supervisors, and other related materials. The database is developed and built in accordance with the corporate definition standards of TEJ Group.
