Dataset of O-RADS MRI classification and ADC values in adnexal masses

This dataset includes clinical and imaging data from a retrospective study evaluating the diagnostic performance of the O-RADS MRI classification system, enhanced by ADC mapping, for the characterization of adnexal masses. Variables include patient age, menopausal status, initial O-RADS score, ADC values, histological diagnosis, and malignancy status. All data have been anonymized. This dataset supports the findings reported in the article entitled: "Diagnostic Performance of the O-RADS Classification Enhanced by ADC Mapping in the Characterization of Adnexal Masses".
