Enterococcus faecalis mandacaium Genome sequencing and assembly

Our group has established a stock of microorganisms isolated from the larval food of various Brazilian stingless bees. We are currently sequencing and assembling the genomes of these isolated strains. This strain was isolated from larval food of Melipona quadrifasciata.
