A remedi4all roadmap for reproducible in vitro testing of complex drug combinations: insights from a multi-center ring test.

This dataset contains processed drug combination data generated with SynergyFinder in the context of the REMEDi4ALL (R4ALL) multicenter ring test on pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) models. The experiments were performed independently at three European laboratories (INT-NA, ITMP, KI) and harmonized through standardized operating procedures to ensure reproducibility. The data support the reproducible synergistic interaction between histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi), particularly valproic acid (VPA), and simvastatin (SIM), and their enhanced activity when combined with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel (GEM/TAX). Beyond confirming the translational potential of the VPA/SIM regimen in PDAC, the dataset provides a reference for evaluating technical variables that influence drug sensitivity and for benchmarking cross-site data harmonization.
