The study described in this publication used independent component analysis to extract information about fundamental human gene expression modules from a large compendium of microarray data. This project contains the code and results for this study. <br/><br/>This project includes the following software/data packages: <br/> <ul> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=530#pack_871">FCAnalysis R Package </a> : This R package contains code for extracting fundamental components from a compendium of microarray data. It also contains an R data file of our human fundamental components. </li> <li> <a href="https://simtk.org/frs?group_id=530#pack_872">Fundamental module gene lists </a> : This package contains text tables of the active genes in the dominant modules of our 423 fundamental human gene expression modules. </li> </ul>
