The effects of NPM1 lactylation on transcriptional profiling in HK-2 cells Overall design: We generated NPM1-knockout (NKO) HK-2 cells followed by reconstitution with WT NPM1 (NKO-NPM1 WT) or the K257R mutant (NKO-NPM1 K257R).
