SAXS-based titrations of periplasmic binding proteins against known ligands

This dataset contains the small-angle X-ray scattering intensities of a series of titrations between proteins HisBP, GlnBP, and DEBP against a number of amino acids. A total of five synchrotron beamline sessions are included to test for reproducibility across setups and total exposure time per sample: DESY P12 (4s) ESRF BM29 (5s) Australian Synchrotron SAXS/WAXS (20s) Diamond B21 (40s) The accompanying manuscripts can be found on bioRxiv MS 715193, entitled: "Structure-based screening of binding affinities via small-angle X-ray scattering".
