Oral Second-Generation H1-Antihistamine Regimens for Allergic Rhinitis: Reproducibility Package

Version 1.0.0 of the reproducibility package supporting the systematic review and network meta-analysis “Oral Second-Generation H1-Antihistamine Regimens for Allergic Rhinitis: Systematic Review and Network Meta-Analysis of Effects and Estimability”. The repository contains model-ready aggregate data; the 143-entry quantitative audit; R and Stan code for the continuous and binary analyses; machine-readable effect estimates, prediction intervals, absolute-risk scenarios, and sensitivity analyses; study-level contribution matrices; RoB 2, CINeMA, and ROB-MEN appraisals; complete search strategies; figure-production code; software-environment records; and SHA-256 checksums. The unit of evidence is the independent randomization. Analyses are organized into nine rhinitis-category–outcome structures with regimen-specific treatment nodes. The package contains aggregate data only and includes no participant-level personal data or copyrighted source publications.
