通过烘箱烘干砂中的水分,称取烘干前烘干后来砂的质量来计算砂中的含水率。测定砂的含水率作为混凝土配合比设计和使用的依据。根据GB/T 14684-2022《建设用砂》检测建设用砂的含水率, 1、将自然潮湿状态下的试样用四分法缩分至约 1100 g,后平均分为两份备用。2、称取一份试样的质量,精确至 0.1 g,记为 m。将试样倒人浅盘中,放在烘箱中于(105±5)℃下烘至恒重。待冷却至室温后,再称出其质量(mu),精确至 0.1 g。3、含水率应按公式:含水率=[(烘干前的试样质量-烘干后的试样质量)/烘干后的试样质量]X100%(精确至 0.1%)。4、含水率取两次试验结果的算术平均值,精确至0.1%。

This test is designed to calculate the moisture content of sand by drying the moisture contained in sand samples using an oven, with the mass of the sample measured both before and after drying. The measured moisture content serves as the basis for concrete mix proportion design and practical application. The moisture content of construction sand is tested in accordance with GB/T 14684-2022 *Sand for Construction*. 1. Reduce the sample in its naturally moist state to approximately 1100 g via the quartering method, then split it evenly into two portions for subsequent testing. 2. Weigh one portion of the sample accurately to 0.1 g and record the mass as m. Transfer the sample into a shallow pan, then dry it in an oven at (105±5)℃ until constant mass. After cooling to room temperature, weigh the dried sample accurately to 0.1 g and record the mass as m_u. 3. Calculate the moisture content using the following formula: Moisture content = [(mass of sample before drying - mass of sample after drying) / mass of sample after drying] × 100% (accurate to 0.1%). 4. Take the arithmetic mean of the two test results as the final moisture content, rounded to 0.1%.
