The molecular mechanisms by which yeast culture supplementation confers protective effects against heat stress in chickens remain poorly elucidated. In this study, we systematically investigated the impacts of dietary yeast culture on growth performance, intestinal morphology, gut microbiota composition, and ileum transcriptomic profiles in heat-stressed broilers. The findings of this research will not only provide a scientific foundation for the practical application of yeast culture as a nutritional intervention but also offer novel mechanistic insights for the development of advanced nutritional strategies to combat heat stress in poultry.
