Learning Deprivation Severity;LLECES for grade 6 using MPL Level 3 for reading

Learning Deprivation Severity captures the inequality of learning among the learning deprived population and is the gap squared in relation to the minimum proficiency squared. This indicator is calculated based on the data from UNESCO's learning assessment program called Latin American Laboratory for the Assesment of the Quality of Education (LLECE). LLECE's assessments are based on the measurement of skills in reading at 6th grade, using Minimum proficiency level (MPL) 3 as the benchmark of basic knowledge.
