Relish in Odontotermes formosanus

This study focuses on the Relish gene, a key component of the IMD pathway in the innate immune system of insects. We sequenced the Relish gene from Odontotermes formosanus to investigate its structure, expression, and potential role in termite immunity. The data generated in this project will contribute to understanding immune mechanisms in termites and may have implications for pest control strategies.
