ncRNA sequencing of S11 B. rapa in response to cold treatment

ncRNA sequencing of B. rapa var. S11 in response to cold treatment. Plants were sequenced using strand specific RNA-seq to examine ncRNA and a separate library was used to examine miRNA after 4 weeks of cold treatment (4V) vs. no cold treatment (NV). The transcriptome was examined to determine what ncRNA alter their transcriptional; patterns in response to cold.
