Bulk RNA sequencing data of intestinal Mesenchymal Stromal Cells isolated from preweaned piglet jejunum

This sample contains intestinal mesenchymal stromal cells (iMSCs) isolated from the jejunum of preweaned piglets aged 0, 7, and 21 day old. The ages represent the distinct sample groups. The goal of this project was to investigate the transcriptomic activities in iMSC across these postnatal age groups.
