Dataset: Spread of a single superclone drives insecticide resistance in Acyrthosiphon kondoi across an invasive range

This repository contains all the data and scripts to replicate the analyses presented in Thia et at 2025 "Spread of a single superclone drives insecticide resistance in Acyrthosiphon kondoi across an invasive range".See the README file for details on how to set up the analysis pipeline. There are five major analysis directories:Strains - used to generate visuals and contains information about the strains of A. kondoi studied.Assembly - contains data related to the assembly of the A. kondoi nuclear and mitochondrial genomes.Compare_transcription_and_genotypes - contains data for comparisons among different susceptible and resistant strains of A. kondoi.Esterase_E4 - contains data for the analysis of esterase expression, copy number, sequence variation, and ecotopic expression experiments.Target_genes - contains data for the analysis of allelic variation in the target genes, ace and para.
