资源简介:
File List data.txt Description The data.txt file is a tab-delimited ascii file. The file contains the data used in meta-analyses of the influence of intraguild predation on prey suppression and prey release. See the published paper for details about the calculation of the effect sizes and variances. Column definitions: A = First author’s last name B = Year of publication C = Substudy included (e.g., which prey density data or which prey species data was used, if multiple were included in a paper) D = Journal in which study was published E = Last name of the study co-author F = Volume of the publication G = Starting page number of the publication H = Ecosystem type (i.e., lotic, lentic, marine, terrestrial invertebrate, or terrestrial vertebrate [in which at least one species is a vertebrate]) I = IGP type (i.e., none, unidirectional, mutual, or unclear) J = Experimental duration (i.e., length of the experiment) K = Whether this data represents an average of several data points (e.g., time measurements or densities) L = RS, prey survival with the most effective predator alone relative to prey survival with both predators M = Variance of RS N = RE, prey survival with the intermediate predator relative to prey survival with the top predator O = Variance of RE P = ETP, effect of adding a top predator to a system that has an intermediate predator Q = Pooled variance of ETP R = EIP, effect of adding an intermediate predator to a system that has a top predator S = Pooled variance of EIP T = STP, prey suppression with the top predator alone, relative to control U = SIP, prey suppression with the intermediate predator alone, relative to control
