Transcriptional profiles of heterozygous and homozygous Pdp1-p205 larvae. Drosophila melanogaster

homozygous Pdp1-p205 larvae are severely growth delayed and die before pupation, whereas Pdp1-p205 heterozygous larvae and adults display no apparent phenotype. We compared the transcriptional profiles of heterozygous and homozygous Pdp1-p205. Overall design: We performed 3 indipendent hybridization comparing the transcriptome of the homozygous Pdp1-p205 (considered as KO) vs heterozygous Pdp1-p205 (considered as WT) larvae.
