Research of Storage Condition and Oil Quality of Camellia brevistyla seeds 小果油茶籽油最適儲藏條件及油品品質之研究

Cool-compressed oil and seeds of Camellia brevistyla will be respectively stored in different conditions within 4 years to identify which has better oil quality. The results could judge better way to get high quality Camellia brevistyla oil that is from stored seeds or oil. And then, we could do further study to find best storage condition of Camellia brevistyla seeds and oil.
