To explore the effect of CXCL10 on the immune microenvironment, we induced macrophages from thp1 cell line and treated macrophages with the addition of CXCL10 and their controls. Overall design: The human leukemia monocytic cell line THP-1 were treated with PMA (100ng/ml) for 48h to differentiate THP-1 monocyte to macrophages. We add the recombinant human CXCL10 (100ng/mL) or the control solutions in the induced macrophages for 24h
