The Geelong Municipal Waterworks Trust was first established in 1908 and reconstituted under the Geelong Waterworks and Sewerage Act 1909. Its function was the supply of water and sewerage services to Geelong and suburbs.The records in this series are those containing the details of the loans raised by the Trust to finance the construction of water supply works in the Geelong district.
