What is the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the SLP diets on gut microbiota of mice. 6 weeks mice were divided into 2 groups and ad libitum feeding of SLP diets. After 4 weeks, their cecal and fecal contents were collected for the next-generation sequencing analysis based on the V3-4 region 16s RNA.
