Dataset for Thesis: Enhancing Freshwater Fish Detection in Ireland: A Synergistic Approach using Environmental DNA, CRISPR-Cas, and Lateral Flow Technology

Compilation of data related to MSc Thesis on the development and application of RPA-CRISPR-Cas assays for detecting Esox lucius (Northern Pike), Squalius cephalus (Chub) and Coregonus pollan (Pollan) in Irish Freshwaters. This encompassed species-specific detection through eDNA from collected water samples, utilising both fluorescence signal output and Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) detection.
