Data and code for "Partial identification of optimal survival-prediction combinations under limited follow-up"

This record contains the synthetic data, analysis code, and results accompanying the manuscript “Partial identification of optimal survival-prediction combinations under limited follow-up” by Sunday O. Aghamie and Rita N. Nwaka. ESM_3.zip contains the aggregate results from the 9,000-cohort simulation benchmark, paired method comparisons, population identified sets, and a data dictionary. It also includes score tables from an earlier 30-block pilot. The pilot and the benchmark are separate experiments. ESM_4.zip contains the generated benchmark cohorts, replicate-level results, reference implementation, simulation code, execution records, and verification materials. To reproduce the analyses, start with REPRODUCE.md in this archive. No patient records are included. Both authors have approved public release of these materials. Statements inside the archived files that refer to pending release approval predate this deposit.
