mRNAs from testes of rainbow trout from REPHEAT project. This project will analyze the effects of heat waves on gametogenesis in male fish, the potential transmission of the impact (positive or negative) to the progeny and the development of different strategies to mitigate the effects of such extreme events on primordial germ cells, as well as the evaluation of a cryobank of thermo-tolerant individuals.
