基于上海邮轮港区及航道内气象观测站风、能见度资料以及模式资料，对影响邮轮进出港的灾害性天气（大风、大雾）做出天气提示报告。

Based on wind and visibility data from meteorological observatories within the Shanghai cruise port area and its shipping channel, as well as numerical model outputs, this dataset generates weather alert reports for the severe weather events (strong winds, heavy fog) that affect the berthing and departure operations of cruise ships.
