Datasets and R code used for the analsyes associated with the manuscript 'Adult telomere length is positively correlated with survival and lifetime reproductive success in a wild passerine'.Briefly, we collected longitudinal telomere length, life history, and genetic pedigree data from an insular population of free-living house sparrows (<i>Passer domesticus</i>). Using these datasets we investigated the links between telomere length and/or its rate of change, and survival, lifespan, as well as lifetime and annual reproductive outputs.
