"This dataset contains the external Python control script used to implement pedestrian-aware speed adaptation for autonomous vehicles (AVs) in a PTV Vissim microscopic traffic simulation. The algorithm dynamically adjusts AV desired speed at an unsignalized pedestrian crossing based on pedestrian position, walking speed, estimated time-to-crossing, and predefined detection ranges. Conflict assessment is performed at each simulation timestep (0.2 s), incorporating direction-dependent yielding logic and a safety buffer. The dataset supports reproducibility of the energy consumption analysis presented in the associated IEEE Access study and can be used for further research on autonomous vehicle control and pedestrian\u2013vehicle interaction modeling."
