Change of intestinal microbiota of pacific white shrimp with antibiotic supplement

Pacific white shrimp is one of the most important aquaculture animials in the world. Shrimps were given feed supplemented with different concentrations of ciprofloxacin and sulfonamide. Shrimp intestines were then sampled for 4 days after feeding to investigate the microbial community changes by targeting the V4 region of 16S rRNA gene. At each time point, 3 duplicates were sampled. Moreover, the concentration of antibiotics and the change of ARGs were alse detected.
