This dataset is based on Western medical diagnosis and treatment data for the specialized treatment of type 2 diabetes from Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between 2020 and 2025. The data strictly complies with the "One-stop TCM Prescription" standard of Zhejiang Province, covering basic patient information (age, gender, height, weight, first consultation time) and detailed medical records including chief complaints, current medical history, diagnoses, TCM syndrome types, Western medicine prescriptions, etc. All data have undergone anonymization processing such as generalization and desensitization, and have been professionally evaluated to ensure that individual identities cannot be identified, comprehensively protecting patient privacy. Based on compliance and security, this dataset provides high-quality data support for Western medical clinical research and industrialization applications.
