We mapped the subunit of the PRC2, Rbbp4, using ChIP-seq in embryonic stem cells. We found that Rbbp4 protein binds to genome regions of mesendodermal genes and pluripotency-associated genes, and therefore reflect pluripotent cell state and lineage potential.
