Skulow Gravel Pit - Soil and Plant Metagenome Raw sequence reads

In this project, the bacterial and fungal communities living in the internal tissues and rhizosphere of lodgepole pine trees regenerating at the Skulow gravel mining pit were analyzed. The microbiome of these pine trees was compared with the microbiome of pine trees growing at a nearby undisturbed forest site.
