Refinement of BindCraft Nectin4 Minibinder seeds with Option I and Option II genetic cycle

This archive contains structural models and sequence datasets from Nectin-4 AI-minibinder design and diversification workflows. It includes BindCraft-generated Nectin-4 seed designs and RFdiffusion-generated Nectin-4 seed designs, together with variants generated by two downstream diversification strategies: partial-diffusion/PMPNN-based refinement (option I) and sequence-based genetic diversification using Chai-1 with ESM2 embeddings (option II). RFdiffusion-derived seed designs were specifically diversified using the option II genetic-cycle approach. Structural models are provided in CIF and/or PDB format, together with amino acid sequences and pool-level datasets used for the associated analyses. The archive supports inspection, reuse, and reproducibility of the Nectin-4 minibinder design and diversification workflows. Each sequence is assigned a unique hash identifier, enabling unambiguous identification and straightforward tracking and searching of individual designs across the repository.
