资源简介:
Endophytic fungi can promote growth and secondary metabolites accumulation of medicinal plants. Previously, we found that culture filtrate of Fusarium solani CL105 could promote the flavonoid production of Scutellaria baicalensis calli. However, the effective ingredients and mechanisms by which endophytic fungi promote the accumulation of secondary metabolites in S. baicalensis were unclear. We evaluated the effects of different elicitors from the culture filtrate of Fusarium solani CL105, namely, exopolysaccharide (EPS), exoprotein (EP), and other parts (OP), on the growth and flavonoid production of S. baicalensis calli. The result showed that EPS from culture filtrate of Fusarium solani CL105 was one of the main active elicitors involved in the promotion of flavonoid production in S. baicalensis calli. To gain a comprehensive overview of responsive genes, we carried out a transcriptomic sequencing of S. baicalensis calli after EPS treatment at 0d,5d,10d and 15d, respectively.
