Model-1: Intervention shows its effect after first phase (April 2011). Model-2: Intervention shows its effect after second phase (July 2011). Model-3: Intervention shows its effect after fourth (last) phase (November 2011). Model-4: Intervention shows its effect 6 months after the complete implementation of the service.
