资源简介:
We report the transcriptomes of adipocytes and SVCs derived from HFD-fed obese mouse epididymal adipose tissue (EAT) or inguinal adipose tissues (IAT). By the comparisons of transcriptome of adipocyte and SVC from EAT and IAT, we find that the gene clusters of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) signaling among the three-hundred fourteen pathways annotated in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database was differentially regulated in SVCs from IAT compared to SVCs from EAT. Q-RT-PCR analyses confirmed the reliability and high degree of sensitivity of gene the RNA-sequencing results. Further, when the SVC from IAT with the SVC from EAT were compared, six pathways were included in the Pareto optimal set, excluding pathways below 1.0 and âlog10(0.05) for the x and y-axis, respectively. Selected pathways and their differentially expressed genes were visualized as a bipartite graph using Cytoscape software to reveal that differentially regulated GABA signaling pathways could be associated with immune cell adhesions.
