Genotyping by amplicon sequencing (GBAS) data of Micromeria species from the Canary Islands

We genotype several EPIC and cpDNA markers using amplicon sequencing (GBAS) several populations of species from the genus Micromeria endemic to the Canary Islands. These are used to characterize the admixture patterns and genetic diversity changes during the diversification of these species. More specifically, we use this information to describe the syngameon that these species form and which factors shape its dynamics in oceanic islands
