MOSMEDDATA: CHEST CT SCANS WITH COVID-19 RELATED FINDINGS DATASET

MOSMEDDATA数据集由莫斯科医疗保健部诊断与远程医疗技术研究和实践临床中心创建，包含1110个匿名的胸部CT扫描，其中部分与COVID-19相关。数据集涵盖了从2020年3月1日至4月25日由莫斯科市医院提供的数据，主要用于教育和AI算法的校准。数据集的创建过程中，部分研究被专家标注，以二进制像素掩码形式展示感兴趣区域。该数据集旨在帮助快速评估和诊断COVID-19，优化医疗资源分配。

The MOSMEDDATA dataset was developed by the Research and Practical Clinical Center for Diagnostics and Telemedicine Technologies under the Moscow Department of Healthcare. It contains 1110 anonymized chest CT scans, some of which are associated with COVID-19. The dataset covers data provided by Moscow municipal hospitals from March 1 to April 25, 2020, and is primarily used for educational purposes and AI algorithm calibration. During the dataset's construction, some studies were annotated by experts, with regions of interest represented via binary pixel masks. This dataset aims to facilitate rapid COVID-19 assessment and diagnosis, as well as optimize the allocation of medical resources.
