云南省普洱市-卫生-患者个性化治疗建议数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为全普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。主要应用于医疗机构、慢病研究机构、医学科研机构对患者疾病进行分析，通过患者身份证号获取患者健康状况、疾病状况等分析数据，从而提供有针对性疾病治疗、个性化诊疗、慢病研究等建议。

This medical data product is sourced from the complete hospital information system data across Pu'er City. The project collected full medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, namely 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected dataset covers multiple types of data, including front pages of medical records, electronic medical records (EMR), examination and test reports, medical orders, detailed expense statements, expense settlement records, and medical insurance settlement records. After undergoing standardized data governance and processing procedures, this high-quality medical data product is finally developed. It is primarily applied for patient disease analysis by medical institutions, chronic disease research institutions, and medical scientific research institutions. By utilizing patients' resident ID numbers, analytical data such as their health status and disease conditions can be acquired, so as to deliver targeted disease treatment, personalized diagnosis and treatment, chronic disease research and other relevant suggestions.
