The Effect of Perivitelline Space Volume on Blastocyst Formation Rate in Conventional In Vitro Fertilization Cycles: A Single-Center Retrospective Study

Oocytes from patients who underwent conventional IVF treatment at the Reproductive Medicine Center of Wenzhou People's Hospital between January 2022 and December 2022 were retrospectively enrolled.Inclusion criteria: Oocytes at metaphaseⅡ(MⅡ) stage; complete clinical data including PVSV measurements, fertilization status and embryonic development records.Exclusion criteria: Immature oocytes at germinal vesicle (GV) stage and metaphaseⅠ(MI) stage.A total of 950 mature oocytes from 109 patients were finally included.
