Supporting Data for Transcriptomic Analysis of the Impact of IgG1 Production in Chinese Hamster Ovary Cells

This repository contains supporting datasets from a Day 3 RNA-seq reanalysis comparing parental-host and IgG1-producing Chinese hamster ovary cells. Files include DESeq2 differential expression outputs, GO Biological Process enrichment results, volcano plot data, normalised and variance-stabilised expression counts, significant enrichment terms, and a curated workbook documenting GO term selection, candidate gene filtering, and the final gene set used for biological interpretation.
