Aim: The goals of this study are to compare transcriptome profile of mESCs and differentiated cells, and transcriptome profile of brains from wild type and Discn-/- mice. mESCs and differentiated cells derived from mESCs were treated with 10 μM etoposide or 2 mM Hydroxyurea for 4 hours. Brains were isolated from 5 weeks old wild type (WT) and Discn-/- mice. RNA was isolated and RNA-seq was performed.
