The aim of this study is to isolate some bacteria that can reduce N2O to N2. Some papers have reported that there are some N2O reducers in the anaerobic fermentation digestate. So we started with the fresh digestate cultured with N2O. After that, the enrich digestate was inoculated to sterilized soil to screen out the microorganisms that can survive both in digestate and soil.
