HCC01 and HCC03 Stereo-seq Data

We profiled two HCC tumor tissues (HCC01 and HCC03) using a new DNA nanoball (DNB)-based spatial transcriptomics technology named Stereo-seq, and segmented the data into 100 * 100 DNB bins (bin 100 resolution, ~50μm diameter). After basic quality control and filtering, we retrieved transcriptomic information from 36,776 and 23,941 bins from HCC01 and HCC03 tumors respectively, with ~4,000 genes and ~14,500 unique molecular identifiers (UMIs) per bin.
我们采用基于DNA纳米球(DNA nanoball, DNB)的新型空间转录组学技术Stereo-seq,对两例肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)肿瘤组织(HCC01与HCC03)完成了转录组谱分析;随后将所得测序数据分割为100×100个DNA纳米球分区(bin),单个分区直径约50μm,分辨率为bin 100。经过基础质量控制与过滤流程后,我们分别从HCC01和HCC03肿瘤的36776个与23941个分区中获取了转录组信息,每个分区平均包含约4000个基因与14500个独特分子标识符(unique molecular identifiers, UMIs)。
