Adipose tissue macrophages are known to play an important role in obesity-induced inflammation and metabolic diseases. As HFD feeding induces TM4SF19 expression in adipose tissue macrophages, we investigated the effects of TM4SF19 KO on HFD-induced obese mice. To unbiasedly examine cell-type specific effects of Tm4sf19 deficiency, we performed snRNA-sequencing on whole GWATs isolated from WT and TM4SF19 global KO mice fed with NCD or HFD for 12 weeks. (n=2 per group, multiplexed replicates for each condition)
